How to best prepare for my session
Preparing for your Past Life Regression is an exciting step. To help you get the most out of your experience, I’ve gathered some helpful tips on how to create a calm, focused mindset, as well as guidance on crafting a powerful question list for your Higher Self. Arrive in Berlin the Night Before
In case you are from out of town, or out of country, it is best to arrive in Berlin the night (or more than one night) prior to our session. Since I conduct my regressions in the morning, having to travel to Berlin on the day of the session might be a stressful experience. It is the best if you do not have to worry about trains, traffic or transfers but can simply focus on the session ahead.
Avoid junk food & junk TV
Whenever you are preparing for a spiritual session, whether it be a regression or a reiki session or a group meditation, it is always a good idea to eat clean and healthy foods a couple days prior. The same counts for the media you take in, be mindful what you watch or read because it directly affects your frequency. The cleaner your system the cleaner your energy, the easier it will be for you to connect to the realm within.
Have Time Afterwards for Yourself
If you can, it’s the best thing to have no appointments after the regression. You might have a lot of things to process so it will be most beneficial to have some space and time to yourself to do so.
