Something the Higher Self has shared in multiple sessions is that one of the biggest forms of pollution today is information pollution. You need to be just as mindful of what you read or watch as you are of what you eat. Therefore I created this curated list of both beautiful, inspiring and educational films.

Movies Based on True Events
I’m a selective movie watcher, I’m not great with violence and am very careful with what I watch. I enjoy movies most when they mirror psychological truth rather than implausible fiction. I believe our thoughts are constantly shaped by internal and external influences, which is why I prefer films based on true events. For me, the best movies offer a real window into human nature and actual reality.

So many amazing teachers have brought out their teachings through the medium of TV. Here are some that I absolutely love.
Lectures by Dolores Cannon
As a QHHT practitioner, I naturally immerse myself in everything Dolores Cannon—the founder and pioneer of the method—has ever written, recorded, or taught. Luckily for me, there’s lots of YouTube videos, old radio episodes and of course books by her out there. Dolores shares all the things she finds and doesn’t shield you from some of the more out there information. She’s also not trying to convince anyone to belief her, she simply states what it is that she has learned. And it’s wonderful to listen to.
Family Systems by Dr John Bradshaw
I’ve watched this 10-part series twice now and know I’ll return to it again. It brings together everything I’ve learned about psychology and family systems in the most accessible, comprehensible way. Even though it’s from the 1980s, it remains remarkably sharp, insightful, and cutting-edge. Best of all, the entire series is available on YouTube.
Homecoming series by Dr John Bradshaw
Same guy but a few years later and this time it’s all about healing your inner child. In this 10-part series Dr. John Bradshaw reveals the practices and techniques he uses with his clients to help them come home to themselves. It's incredibly empowering, offering deep insight into how our past shapes us and giving you actionable tools to break old patterns and restore self-love. Also all available on YouTube.
Darryl Anka channeling Bashar
If are not familiar with Darryl Anka channeling Bashar just yet, you might be a bit surprised what you find when you start watching him. His mannerisms and way of speaking can seem a little odd or even funny. But within a couple minutes of listening to what he has to say, you will be blown away guaranteed because the wisdom and teachings that are being shared are profound and very impactful. Darryl Anka channels Bashar and let’s the audience ask their every day life and spiritual questions and he answers. You can find much material of his on YouTube.
The Power of Myth with Joseph Campbell
Dr. Joseph Campbell was one of the most captivating teachers to ever live, specializing in mythology and ancient wisdom. Beyond his vast knowledge, he was a master storyteller, the kind of speaker you could listen to indefinitely. Fortunately, his 1980s interview series with Bill Moyers captures his genius over six episodes, where he shares the myths that inspired him most.
Couples Therapy With Dr Orna Guralnik
You see real footage of couples going through a therapeutic process with psychoanalyst Dr. Orna Guralnik. If you’re in a partnership I highly recommend watching this together as likely you will both learn a lot along the way.
Non Violent Communication Lecture by Marshall Rosenberg
Marshall created the non violent communication technique. he’s a psychologist and mediator and a master storyteller. His NVC technique can feel like a rewiring of the auto-pilot to mcuh more compassionate and connective way to communicate and relate to one another. Marshall has a sharp sense of humor, making learning the technique as entertaining as it is impactful.
